In the Belgorod region, the work of a booster pumping station has stopped due to an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on January 24 by the mayor of the city, Valentin Demidov.

"After the missile strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the pumps of the booster pumping station, which provides heat to several houses on Khargora, stopped," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is noted that emergency crews have begun restoration work.
