Miroshnik pointed to Zelensky's attempts to spoil the background of the negotiations in Abu Dhabi.

The strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Belgorod, carried out, presumably, using American multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) HIMARS, may be an attempt by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to create a negative background for the negotiations in Abu Dhabi. This was announced on January 23 by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik in the Telegram channel.

"It looks very much like the Zelensky regime is creating an 'appropriate backdrop' to the Abu Dhabi talks," he said.
