The Kiev regime and the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) committed a barbaric crime by attacking an ambulance on the day of negotiations in Abu Dhabi. This was announced on January 24 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"The Kiev regime has not only taken a step towards escalating the conflict, but has also once again demonstrated its true, that is, absolutely irresponsible, attitude towards the settlement efforts that are being undertaken these days and weeks," she said.
