The scandal surrounding the purchase and sale of an apartment under the influence of fraudsters by singer Larisa Dolina did not have a significant impact on the volume of mortgage transactions in the Russian Federation. This was announced on January 24 by Laura Kuznetsova, managing expert of the PSB Center for Analytics and Expertise.

"This situation has not had a significant impact on the volume of mortgage transactions in the country as a whole. However, buyers have become more attentive and prudent: they carefully evaluate all the terms of the transaction and the seller's history," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
