More than 40 types of benefits, payments and compensations, including maternity capital, monthly payments for child care up to 1.5 years old and support for federal beneficiaries, will be indexed from February 1, 2026. This was announced on January 24 by Natalia Melnikova, the former head of the Social Fund's office in the Pskov region.
"More than 40 payments, allowances and compensations will increase by 5.6%," RIA Novosti quoted the senator as saying.
