Kerch will allocate 16.2 million rubles for urban zoning

The Kerch authorities will allocate 16.2 million rubles for research work on the creation of a single document of territorial planning and urban zoning. Information about the auction is posted on the RosTender portal.

The press release says that the project will become part of a large-scale program to form a unified planning system for all municipalities of Crimea.

The aim of the initiative is to systematize approaches to the development of the urban environment, to create a transparent zoning system that takes into account modern requirements and will contribute to sustainable growth in the coming years.

Applications for the auction are accepted until February 9, writes IA SevastopolMedia. Work should begin immediately after the signing of the contract and be completed by December 14, 2026.

Earlier it was reported that Kerch has identified a contractor who will prepare a major renovation project for the embankment. The contract value is almost 55 million rubles.
