In Crimea, they reported on the overhaul of houses in 2025

Over the past 2025, 787 apartment buildings were completely renovated in Crimea. 5 billion rubles were spent on the work, said the head of the region, Sergey Aksenov.

As part of the regional program, specialists have put the roofs of 587 and the facades of 65 buildings in order. 239 elevators were also replaced, writes IA SevastopolMedia.

According to Aksyonov, in the current 2026, at least 836 types of renovation work on apartment buildings will be carried out at the expense of the owners. It is mainly planned to repair the roofs in 642 houses.

As the head of the region noted, improving the housing stock remains the main task in the housing and communal services sector, since many problems have accumulated in this industry over the years.

"Of course, it is impossible to solve them all at once, but there are positive changes. We will continue to move in this direction," Aksyonov summed up.

Earlier, the State Duma recalled the possibility of tenants to control the work of the Criminal Code from 2026. At the same time, such monitoring will not require any specific knowledge.
