A grenade explosion in a Bogota nightclub killed one person and injured 13 others. This was reported on January 23 by the Colombian channel Noticias Caracol.
"In a nightclub in the Santa Fe district, a criminal area in the center of Bogota, a group of people on a motorcycle threw a grenade at the establishment. According to the authorities, due to the severity of the attack, one person was killed and 13 were injured," the article says.
It is noted that the circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated. According to the newspaper, a 72-year-old waiter of the club was killed, and two of the 13 injured are in critical condition.
Earlier, on January 15, two explosions occurred in the center of the Dutch city of Utrecht, after which a fire broke out. One person was injured in the incident. It was clarified that several ambulance crews and an emergency helicopter quickly arrived at the scene.
