The cost of renting apartments in Moscow will continue to grow, Denis Odintsovo, a real estate and mortgage broker, told Izvestia. According to him, in 2026 the rate will increase by at least 5-10% inflation rate.

"The factor is always the same: Moscow, as the center of gravity, will continue to attract more and more people and businesses from the regions," Odintsovo said.

The expert believes that rent will be in increasing demand in the near future due to high mortgage rates. Odintsovo suggested that a reduction in rent should not be expected.
