This was announced by Maria Matveeva, professor of the Department of Recreational Medicine and Sanatorium Treatment at the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Scientific and Clinical Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Balneology, endocrinologist, on Friday, January 23.
"These are meat, fish, offal, eggs. These can be whole-grain products containing long carbohydrates, vegetables, including, for example, sauerkraut. Fermented foods are well suited for our microbiota. Fruits are pomegranate, persimmon, plum, apricot," Maria Matveeva told the Moscow City News agency.
She added that soups and warm drinks such as tea and coffee should be added to the diet. In addition, some spices have a warming effect: ginger, coriander, anise, cinnamon, garlic.
