The activities of the WhiteBit cryptocurrency exchange, which finances the Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU), are considered undesirable in Russia. This was announced on January 23 in the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

"The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has decided to recognize the activities of the WhiteBit cryptocurrency exchange, as well as the structures of its affiliated and subsidiary organizations of the W Group, as undesirable in the territory of the Russian Federation," the department said.
