The final interview in Russian, which is a mandatory admission to the OGE, this year will be held on February 11 with reserve days on March 11 and April 20. Despite the minimum threshold of 10 points, special preparation is required for the oral format of the exam. Ekaterina Mytskikh, a Russian language teacher at Online School No. 1, told about this.

According to the expert, the first part of the interview includes an expressive reading of the text and its retelling with the obligatory inclusion of a quote. Common mistakes here are haste, inattention to the specified accents, distortion of words and loss of narrative logic. The declension of numerals is particularly difficult, which regularly leads to a loss of points. Students often try to write down the text verbatim instead of highlighting the keywords, which causes panic in a limited time.

The basic admission process will remain the same, but with key innovations.

"In the second part of the exam, it is necessary to build a monologue on one of the three proposed topics: a description of the photo, a story about the event, or a discussion — and maintain a dialogue with the examiner. The popular choice of "photo description" is fraught with a trap: the answer must contain at least 10 phrases, otherwise it will not be counted in full. In the dialogue, points are lost for monosyllabic answers "yes" or "no" without detailed explanations," the specialist clarified.

For successful completion, the methodologist recommends practicing reading techniques in advance, following the accents and learning to retell the text based on keywords, while maintaining the author's logic. It is important to practice working with a timer, repeating the declension of numerals and orthoepical norms, as well as practicing detailed monologues and dialogues aloud.

"If the first attempt turns out to be unsuccessful, the main thing is not to panic, but to analyze the mistakes and strengthen the preparation for the retake. With regular classes and a calm approach, the final interview turns into an understandable and surmountable stage on the way to the main exams," she concluded.

Earlier, on January 16, it was reported that the Public Chamber proposed to introduce a unified state exam for university and college students. The initiative provides for testing in compulsory subjects to assess the basic level of training and strengthen control over the quality of education.
