Klitschko urged Kiev residents to stock up on food or leave the city
On January 23, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko urged citizens to stock up on food and medicine or, if possible, leave the capital of Ukraine due to the lack of electricity and heating.
"The situation is extremely difficult, and it may not be the most difficult moment yet. Make supplies of food, water, and necessary medicines. Who else has options to travel outside the city, where there are alternative sources of food and heat, do not give them up," Klitschko wrote on his Telegram channel.
