Four people were injured during the shelling of the Armed Forces of the Kherson region

Four people were injured as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kherson region over the past day. This was announced on January 23 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"As a result of attacks by Kiev militants over the past day, four civilians of the Kherson region were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, when a car was blown up on a mine dropped from a UAV, a woman born in 1986 and a man born in 1983 were injured on the Kostogryzovo – Pody highway of the Alyoshkinsky district. Men born in 1965 and 1968 were injured in the villages of Staraya Zburyevka and Novaya Zburyevka of the Holopristan region. All the victims were hospitalized in the Skadovskaya CRH with shrapnel wounds. It is noted that a car burned down in Novaya Kakhovka as a result of shelling. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The day before, the air defense forces destroyed 12 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia overnight. It is noted that seven drones were destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region, two over the Voronezh region and one each over the Bryansk, Penza and Astrakhan regions.
