Builder Sebelev explained the vulnerability of the collapsed shopping center in Novosibirsk

Operational errors such as loose snow, as well as construction and design errors could have led to the tragedy of the collapse of a two-story shopping center in Novosibirsk, which killed a man. Denis Sebelev, Executive Director of the Novosibirsk Builders Association, shared this opinion on January 23.

"Uncollected snow and operational errors, or construction and design errors. Or all of them together. Let's just say one thing led to another and eventually led to such an event," the expert suggested in an interview with RIA Novosti.
