On January 23, Oleg Melnichenko, Governor of the Penza Region, posted footage of an oil depot in the region attacked by Ukrainian drones.

It is reported that the air defense system destroyed four drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The wreckage of one of the downed drones fell on the territory of an oil depot and caused a fire.
