The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine urged citizens to prepare a stock of food during an emergency

On January 22, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine called on citizens to prepare a stock of food and a suitcase of basic necessities against the background of emergency security in the energy sector.

"We recommend making a supply of drinking and industrial water, long—term storage products, and necessary medicines at home for 3-5 days," the Ukrainian department's Telegram channel says.

Ukrainians also need to pack a suitcase of basic necessities, which will contain the necessary documents, warm clothes, a first-aid kit, heating equipment, personal hygiene products and cash.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reminded about the inspection of technical transport and the care of pets.

In addition, the Ukrainian agency prepares citizens for interruptions in heat and energy supply.
