NBC reported on Europe's plans to increase nuclear weapons stocks

The European Union (EU) is discussing the expansion of its nuclear arsenal and the development of its own weapons of this type due to US policy. This was reported by NBC on January 22.

"European countries are exploring ways to increase their own [nuclear] arsenal, rather than continuing to rely on the United States <...>. European leaders are discussing whether to rely on France and Britain armed with nuclear weapons instead of the United States, or even develop their own atomic weapons," the publication says.
