Ex-head of the board of "Locomotive" pleaded guilty in the case of contract murder
Sergey Lipatov, the former chairman of the board of directors of the Moscow football club (FC) Lokomotiv, fully admitted his guilt in the contract killings case. This was reported by a correspondent of Izvestia.
Speaking in court, Lipatov clarified that he was ready to testify at the end of the judicial investigation.
According to investigators, in 2002 Lipatov handed over money to accomplices — ex-employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexei Chebotarev, former serviceman Pavel Khristev and former employee of the 5th department of the regional Directorate for combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Leonid Rakogon - for the murder of Igor Fominov, director of the Inyurconsult law firm, adviser to the Minister of Railways of the Russian Federation.
