Bailiffs arrested the property of 12 ex-managers of Rusnano
Bailiffs began enforcement proceedings with the seizure of the property of former top managers of Rusnano on the corporation's claim for damages in the amount of 11.9 billion rubles. This became known on January 22.
The materials submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court relate to 12 former Rusnano executives. The documents indicate that the damage to the corporation occurred during the implementation of the Crocus project, the purpose of which was to create a production of magnetically resistive MRA RAM in Russia.
According to the court's decision, an interim arrest was imposed on the accounts of these persons, it follows from court and other materials reviewed by TASS.
Based on these documents, bailiffs opened 12 enforcement proceedings to seize property.
"The subject of execution is the imposition of arrest," the materials say.
Among the defendants are ex—Minister of Economy of the Russian Federation Yakov Urinson with over 8 billion rubles arrested, Boris Podolsky, executive director of Rusnano Management Company, with almost 6 billion rubles, as well as Yuri Udaltsov, Oleg Kiselyov and others.
On January 30, four former top managers of Rusnano were detained in Moscow. They were charged with misuse of funds in the amount of 45 billion rubles (art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
