In the suburban area of Vladivostok, residents of more than 30 houses were left without hot water and heating as a result of an accident at the TP-4243 substation. This was reported on January 22 in the press service of the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's office.

"On the night of January 22, 2026, an accident occurred at the TP-4243 substation, as a result of which more than 30 houses on Lesopitomnik, Sheveleva, 3rd Highway, Yablonevaya and several others streets in the suburbs of Vladivostok were without heat and hot water supply," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the supervisory authority has taken control of the progress of emergency recovery work, and will also check compliance with the law when servicing networks, the timing of the accident and the procedure for investigating the causes of the incident.

Earlier, on January 20, it was reported that in the Irkutsk region in the Markovsky administrative district, about 400 residents were left without electricity due to a fire at a transformer substation caused by an overload of the power line in the cold.
