The lawyer spoke about the threat of frequent smoke breaks at work

Employees may face disciplinary action for frequent smoke breaks. This was announced on January 22 by Alexander Khaminsky, a lawyer and head of the law enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

"An employee may be disciplined for frequent smoke breaks if this violates the established working day schedule and is prescribed in the company's internal documents," RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.
