Some categories of Russian citizens have the right to apply for early retirement in 2026. Vadim Vinogradov, Professor and Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, told about this on January 22.

"Men aged 62 with 42 years of experience and women aged 57 with 37 years of experience have the right to early retirement in 2026," the Prime agency reports.

In addition, the possibility of early retirement is provided for mothers with many children. Mothers of three children can receive pensions at the age of 57, and if they have four children, they can receive pensions at the age of 56.
