The politician added that if the territory that is not being cleared is not separated and is municipal, then the responsibility for snow removal lies with the municipality.

"Here you need to contact either the municipality itself, or if it does not respond or the results are not satisfactory, then the prosecutor's office," she said.

The deputy clarified that many regions have their own bodies that also monitor the quality of snow removal. So, in Moscow, this is the Joint Administrative and Technical Inspectorate (OATI). She monitors the quality of cleaning in front of apartment buildings, as well as in front of non-residential buildings.
