The prosecutor's office has requested a two-year suspended sentence for the nephew of actress Barnabas.

The state prosecution asked the court to sentence George, the nephew of actress Ekaterina Barnabas, to two years of probation. This was announced on January 21 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Mytishchi city court.

It clarifies that the young man is accused of committing illegal acts under Part 3 of art. 30, Part 3 of art. 159 of the Criminal Code ("Fraud").
