US President Donald Trump has said that billions of dollars have been stolen from migrant aid programs. He said this in an interview with the News Nation TV channel on January 20.

"We have at least $19 billion of stolen money. I think the number will be much higher," he said.

Trump added that cases of theft have been recorded in California and other states.
