Zelensky fired US adviser Andrew Mack
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has fired his adviser Andrew Mack. This was announced on January 20 on the official website of the Ukrainian leader.
"To release Andrew Roman Mack from his duties as adviser to the President of Ukraine," the decree says.
According to local media, Mac was engaged in lobbying activities in the United States in the interests of the Ukrainian authorities and worked closely with the former head of the presidential office, Andrei Ermak.
Earlier, on January 8, it was reported that Zelensky appointed new heads of four regional state administrations and dismissed the head of the Ternopil regional state administration. The new appointments affected the Poltava, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk and Vinnytsia regions, while the head of the Ternopil region was relieved of his post.
