Two new driveways will be built in the Khoroshevsky district of Moscow
It is planned to build more than 2 km of new roads in the Khoroshevsky district of Moscow. This was announced on Tuesday, January 20, by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.
According to him, special attention is being paid to the development of transport infrastructure in the city — along with large facilities, local projects of the street and road network are also being implemented, one of which will be the renovation of the Khoroshevo district.
The mayor noted that as part of the project, the section of Rozanova Street from Khoroshevsky Highway to 3rd Khoroshevsky Passage, as well as 3rd Khoroshevsky Passage itself, will be reconstructed. There will be an additional exit towards Khoroshevsky highway and Begovaya metro station. The work will also affect 5th Magistralnaya Street, on the segment from Khoroshevsky Highway to 2nd Khoroshevsky Passage, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
In addition, according to Sobyanin, the construction of two new passageways is planned. The projected passage No. 6682 will connect 3rd Khoroshevsky Passage with 5th Magistralnaya Street, and passage No. 6684 will provide a cross-link between Khoroshevsky and Zvenigorodskoye highways. The exits at the intersection with Khoroshevsky highway will also be updated, public transport stops will be installed, pedestrian crossings and bike paths will be equipped, and after completion of construction, comprehensive landscaping will be carried out.
