The first stand-up show "Stand-up. Children"

On February 1, at 17:00 on the CTC Kids TV channel, "Stand-up. Kids" is a project with honest, bold and accurate jokes with great respect for children and the feelings of adults. This is the case when the whole family should gather around the TV. Firstly, it will definitely be funny, but also, it is a unique chance for adults to find out what your children were silent about and how to be on the same wavelength with them.

More than 200 children applied for participation. The first season is built in a tournament format: first, the participants will have a qualifying round, then a semi-final, and in the final the winner of the project will be determined. The main prize of the season is 300 thousand rubles.

The project was attended by children from different cities of Russia — from already experienced artists and bloggers to those who are entering the stage for the first time. They joke about a variety of things: about school, family, friends, their fears and peculiarities — and they do it bravely and honestly. For some, stand-up has already become a way of self-expression, while others are just trying their hand at this genre.

Professional comedians will evaluate the performances of the participants. The jury consists of Margarita Rodina, a resident of the women's stand-up. She has three children, and most of Margarita's stand-up stories are about family, funny and often touching moments of growing up.

Margarita Rodina admits that for her, "Stand-up. Children" is a separate emotional adventure.

"To be honest, my biggest fear is that one day my children will go on stage and tell the whole truth. In stand-up. That's usually my job. I'll definitely be the mom who whispers in her head, "Just don't tell me that... please." But that's why I'm waiting with great curiosity to see what happens on stage today," she said.

Another member of the jury is Zaur Tuganov, the winner of the "Stars" show and participant of the big Azamat Musagaliev show. Also, in each issue, a special guest joins the jury — a popular blogger and an artist close to children and teenagers. Among them are Maria Yankovskaya, singer of the hit "Sigma Boy", which conquered the world charts; David Turov, member of the creative association "TSU Ye FA"; Vova Solodkov, author of the viral track "Barbulka"; Victoria Portfolio, producer and mother of young bloggers Zlata and Miroslava Bykov; Poli — singer and dancer, performer of the track Sigma Girl; and Pavel Aksenov, author and presenter of the AkStar YouTube channel.

In the first episode, Vova Solodkov became a special guest. He admits that participating in the show was a new experience for him.:

"It's unusual to be on this side — I usually performed and joked myself. And here it is very interesting to watch, listen, laugh and just have fun. I was genuinely pleased with how honest, bright and funny all the participants are."

The host of the project was Dmitry Poor— a finalist of the Comedy Battle and a participant in the Highest League of KVN, known for many comedy projects.
