The expert suggested involving enterprises in the development of kindergartens
Enterprises could help extended groups in kindergartens to function, Sergei Rybalchenko, chairman of the Public Chamber's commission on Demography, protection of family, children and traditional family values, told Izvestia.
"Previously, 40% of kindergartens were attached to enterprises, so they necessarily took into account the working hours of employees. Now, basically all kindergartens have been transferred to municipal ownership," he said.
Rybalchenko noted that the development of other forms of preschool education in cooperation with enterprises would provide much more opportunities, since then enterprises would be able to help extended groups function.
In his opinion, in return, the state could provide preferential investment regimes for such enterprises.
