Seven Russians advanced to the second round of the Australian Open in singles

Seven Russians in men's and women's singles reached the second round of the 2026 Australian Open tennis Championship. This became known on January 20 after the completion of all the matches of the first round.

Karen Khachanov, Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev will continue to play among the men. Mirra Andreeva, Diana Schneider, Anna Kalinskaya and Oksana Selekhmetyeva will play in the women's second round.
