As part of three integrated territorial development (CDT) projects, about 209 thousand square meters of housing will be built in Moscow for the renovation program. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, on his MACH channel.
Thanks to the implementation of the projects, about 4.5 thousand people will receive new apartments, the head of Moscow noted. The work will take place in the Sokol, Solntsevo and Ryazansky districts. Currently, outdated facilities are located on territories of 10.8 hectares.
The plot at Sorge St., vl. 19 on Sokol has an urban development potential of 43.29 thousand square meters. m of real estate. During the reconstruction, special attention will be paid to the preservation of a cultural heritage site of regional significance — the Guardhouse of the Serebryany Bor station of the early 20th century, the mayor emphasized.
In the Solntsevo area, the KRT project will be implemented at the address: Matrosova str., ter. 1. The urban development potential of the site is 141.4 thousand square meters. m of real estate. In the Ryazan region, work will take place at 11 Okskaya Street (potentially 24.25 thousand square meters of real estate).
160 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of about 1.6 thousand hectares have been approved and are under implementation in Moscow. It is expected that this will give the city more than 31 million square meters. The Ministry of Real Estate will open over 350 thousand jobs.
