The European Union (EU) has transferred a tranche of €15 million to Armenia, and Yerevan will be forced to work off every cent with something destructive. This was stated on January 20 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a press conference on the results of Russian diplomacy in 2025.

"I have no doubt that the Brussels bureaucracy will force our Armenian friends to earn every cent of this €15 million tranche," Lavrov said.
