FIS granted neutral status to Russian skier Denisov
Russian skier Nikita Denisov has received neutral status (AIN) from the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS). The updated list of athletes was published on January 19 on the organization's website.
Skiers Tanzil Israilova and Vitalina Girina also received the right to participate in international competitions under the auspices of the federation.
Last December, FIS also granted individual neutral athlete status to Russian alpine skier Yulia Pleshkova and snowboarder Maria Travinicheva. Prior to that, it became known about the approval of the application of Russian skier Savely Korostelev and skier Daria Nepryaeva for the AIN status.
