Singer Larisa Dolina returned to Russia after a vacation she spent outside the country. This was announced to Izvestia on January 19 by the director of the artist Sergey Pudovkin.

Earlier that day, a correspondent for Izvestia reported that bailiffs had arrived at the house in Khamovniki, where Dolina's former apartment is located. According to Svetlana Sviridenko, the lawyer of the current owner of the apartment, Polina Lurie, employees of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) intend to transfer the keys to the owner of the property.

On January 12, Sviridenko submitted an application to the FSSP for Dolina's eviction from the apartment. At the same time, on January 14, an enforcement proceeding appeared in the FSSP database related to the forced eviction of the singer from the apartment in Khamovniki that already belonged to Luria. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, which was issued on December 25, 2025. On the same day, the Moscow City Court made the final decision on Dolina's eviction.
