The State Duma talked about the indexation of payments to working pensioners in 2026

This year, the insurance pensions of working pensioners will be indexed, while the fact of work itself will not be a reason for refusing to increase payments. This was announced on January 19 by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Kaplan Panesh (LDPR).

"For working pensioners in 2026, the indexation of the insurance pension is taken into account and paid, the fact of work alone does not cancel it," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The agency's interlocutor clarified that after the dismissal of a working pensioner, the Social Fund of Russia recalculates the pension, taking into account all indexations of previous years that had not previously been included in payments. The increased amount, according to him, is assigned starting from the next month after the month of termination of employment.
