Analysts named the most sought-after professions in Russia in 2026

According to forecasts, in 2026 the demand for qualified specialists will be particularly high in the following fields: welding, electrical engineering, engineering, maintenance and medicine. This follows from the results of a study of the services "Work.<url>" and "SberPodbor", which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on January 19.

"65% of the surveyed employers believe that the most scarce professions in 2026 will be workers such as welders or electricians. The second place is occupied by engineers and technical specialists (45%), the third by doctors (35%)," the study shows.
