UK opened a criminal case after ice fell on a wheelchair in the south-east of Moscow

A criminal case has been opened into the fact of ice falling on a stroller with a baby in the south-east of Moscow. This was reported on January 18 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.

"In Moscow, during the work on clearing the roof of snow and ice, a block of ice collapsed and fell into a baby carriage. It is reported that the child was not injured," the UK Telegram channel wrote.

It is specified that the criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet security requirements").

On the same day, it was reported that the prosecutor's office began checking after ice fell on a stroller with a baby in the southeast of Moscow. The causes and circumstances of the incident are being established. According to preliminary information, the child was not injured.
