In Tatarstan, a crane operator was injured after a crane fell at a factory.

A gantry crane collapsed on the territory of the Bugulma Mechanical Plant during work, and a crane operator who fell out of the cabin was injured in the incident. The Tatarstan Prosecutor's Office announced this on January 18.

"During the work using a crane, a 63-year—old woman fell out of the cabin, suffering injuries," the department's Telegram channel says.

The emergency, according to preliminary data, occurred around 12:30 Moscow time. Bugulma prosecutor Rishat Shakirov went to the scene. The Agency organized an inspection of compliance with labor protection requirements.

In December last year, the boom structure of the base crane fell on a worker at a construction site in Moscow in the Zyuzino district on Bolshaya Yushunskaya Street. The metropolitan Prosecutor's office indicated that a man born in 1985 died as a result of the emergency.
