The Air Defense Forces eliminated 40 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the regions of Russia in five hours. This was announced on January 17 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is noted that most of the drones were shot down over the territory of the Belgorod region — 35 vehicles.
