A Ukrainian delegation consisting of Kirill Budanov, head of the office of the Ukrainian leader (listed in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), and David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, arrived in the United States for talks on January 17.
"I arrived in the USA. Together with Rustem Umerov and David Arahamia, we have an important conversation with our American partners regarding the details of the peace agreement," Budanov wrote on his Telegram channel.
