The Air Defense Forces repelled an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the night of January 17 The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) divided into two districts of the Rostov region. This was announced by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"At night, an air attack was repelled in the Rostov region in two districts — Sholokhovsky and Kasharsky," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that information about the victims and destruction has not been received. The governor warned that the threat of UAV attacks in the region remains and urged caution.

Slyusar reported on January 16 that the air defense forces repelled an attack by enemy drones on six districts of the Rostov region. It was clarified that the drones were destroyed in the Millerovsky, Morozovsky, Milyutinsky, Chertkovsky, Sholokhovsky, Kamensky districts.
