Klitschko announced the provision of Kiev with electricity by only 50%
Currently, Kiev is provided with only half of the electricity it needs — it is in an unprecedented crisis. This was announced on January 16 by the mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, in an interview with the Reuters news agency.
"For the first time in the history of our city, in such severe frosts, most of the city was left without heating and with a huge shortage of electricity," he said.
