A man died from stab wounds as a result of a brawl in St. Petersburg. This was announced on January 16 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

According to available information, three men had a conflict, as a result of which one of the young men stabbed the other with a knife, from which he died on the spot. It is specified that the attackers were detained. Police officers are investigating the circumstances of the tragedy.

"At the moment, police officers are working at the crime scene, all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified," an Interior Ministry employee said in a message on the Telegram channel.
