The removal of the arrest from the apartment in Khamovniki, sold by singer Larisa Dolina, may take more than three months, taking into account the large number of lawsuits and appeals against the actions of bailiffs. This was announced on January 16 by Galina Zemskova, a real estate lawyer and member of the Union of lawyers and bloggers at the Kutafin Moscow Law Law Institute under the AYUR.

"The procedure for lifting the arrest can take from several days to months, it all depends on the reasons for the encumbrance. If Larisa Dolina fully pays off the debt to the recoverer, the period of lifting the arrest will take from one to three days," the RIA Novosti expert said.

If the arrest is challenged in court, the decision will take from two weeks to two months.

"Moreover, if there are multiple lawsuits, appeals against the actions of bailiffs or the need for a forensic examination, the arrest can be terminated within three months or more," Zemskaya said.

In addition, this process may be hindered by bureaucratic procedures, such as interaction between the court, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) and Rosreestr, as well as due to the judicial burden and collection of evidence in a dispute in court.

Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovye announced on January 15 that bailiffs have the right to cut off the door to Dolina's apartment if she refuses to hand over the keys to the new owner Polina Lurie.

On January 14, an enforcement proceeding appeared in the database of the Federal Bailiff Service regarding Dolina's forced eviction from an apartment in Khamovniki that already belonged to Luria. The proceedings were initiated on January 12. The basis was the writ of execution of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, issued on December 25, 2025. At the same time, the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on the singer's eviction. In addition, it was decided to de-register her daughter and granddaughter. It is subject to immediate execution.

Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said on January 12 that by January 12, the singer had not handed over the keys to the customer. A representative of the artist said that she would return to Moscow at the end of the month, the human rights activist said. In 2024, Dolina sold the apartment to Lurie, but later stated that the deal was made under the influence of fraudsters. Initially, the court invalidated the contract, leaving housing for the singer, and Lurie — without an apartment and money. However, on December 16, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized the apartment in Khamovniki as the property of Lurie and ordered Dolina to vacate the housing.
