The recommendations of the Latvian sports authorities to their athletes not to communicate with Russian and Belarusian athletes can be explained by the low level of intelligence. This was announced on January 16 by two-time Olympic biathlon champion Dmitry Vasiliev.
"There is no question of sports in this situation, they are just insane people who need to consult psychiatric specialists. It's just the ravings of a madman, it's a diagnosis," he told the RIA Novosti news agency.
