The number of people injured in the explosion of a stun grenade at the Interior Ministry center in Syktyvkar has increased to 20 people. This was announced on January 16 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the Komi Republic.

The agency also indicated that the suspect in the case of the incident has already been detained by investigators.
