Maria Oznobikhina, the financial manager in the bankruptcy case of blogger Elena Blinovskaya, filed petitions with the court for the return of more than 177 million rubles. This was announced on January 16 by a source of Izvestia.

These funds, according to Oznobikhina, were illegally appropriated by two close associates of the blogger. It is noted that they were key participants in her financial scheme.

As follows from the case file, the manager demands to challenge payments to Blinovskaya's longtime friend Lilia Orlenko and the head of her business, Tatiana Ostapishina. The basis was the conclusions of the tax audit, which revealed a scheme for splitting income from "marathons of desires" through a network of front persons.

According to the decision of the Federal Tax Service, Lilia Orlenko, who was listed as the head of the Marathon of Desires and a formal participant in Era and Eridan LLC, received dividends of 133 million rubles. According to Oznobikhina, Blinovskaya was the real beneficiary of the companies, and therefore the money was misappropriated by Orlenko unreasonably.

Tatiana Ostapishina, in turn, registered the sole proprietor through whom the business funds passed, and transferred 44.4 million rubles to a personal card. The financial management believes that these funds are also misappropriated Blinovskaya's money.

Oznobikhina insists that these funds should be returned to the debtor's bankruptcy estate for settlements with creditors, including tax authorities.

Blinovskaya's defense appealed the verdict for tax evasion in cassation on January 11. In December, Blinovskaya's father told Izvestia that his daughter was experiencing severe stress in the colony and had recently suffered an illness. Meanwhile, it was noted that the conditions of detention in the Blinovskaya colony are satisfactory, but everything is difficult with visits: relatives come every two months and communication takes place through glass using a phone.

In March 2025, the court found Blinovskaya, the "queen of marathons," guilty of tax evasion on an especially large scale, money laundering, and illegal circulation of funds of payments and sentenced her to five years in a penal colony. At the same time, she was released from criminal prosecution under the article on tax evasion due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. According to investigators, the blogger, using the scheme of "crushing" the business, underestimated the income received and did not pay VAT and personal income tax for the period 2019-2021. The amount amounted to more than 900 million rubles.

A correspondent for Izvestia reported on October 13 that Blinovskaya's sentence had been changed. The court commuted her sentence from 5 years to 4.5 years.
