Law enforcement agencies have detained teenagers in Moscow and Chuvashia who set fires to official cars and damaged property on the instructions of their supervisors. This was announced on January 16 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.

"The Investigative Committee of Russia, together with the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow and the Chuvash Republic, suppressed the activities of teenagers who set fire to official cars of law enforcement officers, as well as damaged other objects," she is quoted as saying in the Telegram channel of the department.
