The American streaming service Netflix has extended for 10 years the exclusive rights to three of its trademarks with the red letter "N", registered in 2017. This is evidenced by Rospatent data, which was reviewed by Izvestia on January 16.

It is specified that the validity period of trademark applications has been extended for a decade, until November 2, 2036. Trademark registration, covering software, online streaming of audiovisual and multimedia content, as well as entertainment and educational services, was carried out in accordance with the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICTS).

According to Rospatent on January 15, the Coca-Cola Company, which manufactures and supplies soft drinks and syrups, with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, extended the trademark right in the Russian Federation, which consists in their branded glass bottle. It was clarified that the exclusive right of the American corporation to secure this mark expired in December of the year ended.
